Are you a manufacturer or a sourcing company?+
We are an independent sourcing and procurement business. We find manufacturing and supply options, coordinate the requirements and propose an agreed supply scope. Before an order, the written commercial documents must identify the contracting entity, payment recipient and each party’s responsibilities.
Do you charge a separate sourcing fee?+
There is no separate fee for the initial requirements review. For an agreed supply order, our margin and the stated coordination are included in our quoted supply price. Samples, specialist engineering, inspection, freight or other third-party work are quoted or agreed separately where applicable; they are not assumed to be included.
Can I start with one part or a prototype?+
Yes—send the model or a non-confidential specification, quantity and destination. Factory minimum quantities, tooling costs and willingness to accept prototype work vary. We check these for your request before proposing an order.
What if a part or requirement cannot be met?+
We identify the gap. An alternative model, material, process or supplier is a proposal for your approval, not an automatic substitution. Compatibility needs the relevant supplier and your technical team’s confirmation.
What about delivery, warranty and local requirements?+
The quotation should specify delivery scope, freight and tax treatment, available warranty terms and the route for after-sales issues. We bring destination questions into procurement, but the goods, end use and destination still need project-specific export, import and operating checks. Your integrator handles system validation; the operator arranges any required operational approvals.
Can we share a confidential drawing or BOM?+
Start with a non-confidential summary. We agree confidentiality and supplier-sharing arrangements before requesting detailed technical files. The initial website enquiry does not require drawings or an identity document.
