How the enquiry form works

The form prepares a preview within your browser. Opening the preview does not submit your enquiry. After reviewing it, selecting “Send enquiry” sends the information to our website’s Netlify Forms service. You can instead open your email app, copy the draft into webmail or save a text file for manual sending. These alternatives do not send an email until you send it using your email service. Closing the preview keeps your form entries available on the current page.

Information requested

The essential fields are your name, email address, delivery destination, request type and intended civilian application, together with confirmation that the request is civilian and that you are authorised to share the information. Optional company, contact, quantity, timing, budget and non-confidential technical details help scope a procurement request. We do not request nationality, identity documents or confidential drawings through this form. Optional fields may be left blank.

Browser and hosting behaviour

Netlify hosts this website and processes requests to it. The website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics, cookies or local storage. Fonts, images and the 3D library are served from the same website. Your browser may retain autofill information, copied text or downloaded files according to your settings. Netlify may maintain ordinary server access and security logs. Submitted enquiries are handled separately through Netlify Forms, as described below.

Some links carry non-sensitive component-category or destination hints in the URL. These may appear in browser history or hosting access logs. Do not include contact details, confidential drawings or sensitive specifications in a URL or shared link.

Website submissions and email notifications

When you select “Send enquiry”, Netlify processes the submission, including spam checks, and stores accepted submissions for access through our site’s Netlify account. Email notifications containing enquiry information are configured for partners@sentinel-vtol.com and are handled by Netlify and our receiving business email service. A website confirmation does not guarantee that a notification email has reached our inbox or that someone has reviewed your request. See Netlify’s information on form submissions and notifications.

Manual email and how we use your enquiry

If you choose the manual email option, your message is handled by your email provider and our receiving business email service; that action does not submit the draft to Netlify Forms. We use the information you send through either route to respond to your request, clarify specifications, investigate sourcing options and discuss a proposed procurement or supply scope. If you place an order, the information needed for that order and the agreed coordination will be handled as part of the commercial arrangements.

Supplier-facing information

Start with non-confidential information. We agree the scope of supplier sharing and any confidentiality arrangements before detailed technical files are circulated. There is no file-upload facility on this website. Do not send personal identity records, confidential customer drawings or restricted technical information as an initial enquiry.
